Lyndee Frost Ailshie serves as the Director of Hygiene for Positive Impact Dental Alliance, where she leads with a passion for patient care, professional growth, and team excellence. A graduate of Tulsa Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program (Class of 2004), Lyndee has spent the past 23 years dedicated to advancing oral health and elevating the standards of dental hygiene across Oklahoma.

Her commitment to the profession extends beyond the operatory. As a proud member of the Oklahoma Dental Hygienists’ Association, she values contributing to the field that has shaped her life and encourages others to stay informed and engaged with the evolving dental industry.

Lyndee and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 22 years. Together, they enjoy supporting their daughter, Layne, a collegiate golfer at the University of Central Oklahoma. When she’s not cheering from the sidelines, Lyndee loves playing golf herself, swimming, and curling up with a good book. She lives by the wise words of Maya Angelou: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
