Exhibitors and Sponsors MUST complete a registration form online, regardless of how payment is provided.

March Madness 2026: Exhibitor Registration

Please mail samples or literature to the address below only if you would like these items to be included in the registration bags attendees receive at check-in.

The materials need to be RECEIVED by March 1st, 2026.

If you sponsor our event, your company will be recognized in promotional materials as a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Sponsor. Your sponsorship total includes the cost of your exhibitor table. You may also choose to just sponsor our event if you cannot host a table. Thank you!

Exhibitor Options

Below you may select your in-person exhibitor option. Each selection includes one table, exhibitor promotional listings, and one lunch on Saturday. If additional lunches are needed, you may purchase those separately. Please indicate if you need to be near a power outlet so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Sponsorship Options

Choose your sponsorship category and amount! You may select as many items as you would like, and each item adds to your sponsorship category total! We have some exciting new options this time, so please read carefully and email events@okdha.org if you have any questions before submitting your online form. 

You may choose to be a sponsor instead of having a table in our exhibitor hall, or you may have a table AND have additional sponsorship. We appreciate your support!

Sponsorship Benefits and Amounts Explained:

This is what your company will receive when you reach one of the sponsorship categories as explained below. 

Platinum - $2000
Platinum acknowledgement with your company LOGO on event programs, Facebook and Instagram shout-outs to 2500 OKDHA/ADHA “friends” with your Company Logo/link
PLUS – Company Logo/Link on the OKDHA website for 8 months
PLUS – Company Logo/Link on the Event Flyer hand delivered to 800+ dental offices in Oklahoma (Event flyers will go out January 1st, 2026 -Platinum sponsorship must be made by December  27th to be included on flyers)
PLUS – a 2 min pre-recorded commercial featured in OKDHA Slideshow before the meeting and during lunch
PLUS – a 2-minute opportunity to address event attendees and award your company door prize


Gold - $1500
Gold acknowledgement with your company LOGO on event programs, Facebook and Instagram shout-outs to 2500 OKDHA/ADHA “friends” with your Company Logo/link
PLUS – Company Logo/Link on the OKDHA website for 6 months
PLUS – a 2-minute opportunity to address event attendees and award your company door prize


Silver - $1000
Silver acknowledgement of company on event programs, Facebook and Instagram shout-outs to 2500 OKDHA/ADHA “friends” with your Company link and name on the OKDHA website for 6 months


Bronze - $500
Bronze acknowledgement of company on event programs, Facebook and Instagram shout-outs to 2500 OKDHA/ADHA “friends” with your Company link and name on the OKDHA website for 3 months

Sponsorship Selections:

Please note that the items totaled below have a pre-calculated 4% online processing fee added for those paying with credit card or via Invoice. If you are mailing in a check, you will manually add up the items based on the cost listed next to each item you select (not the pre-totaled amount).
